Main Product Introduction

Mud gas separatpr is the first stage safety equipment in the modern drilling operations, designed to provide effective separation of the mud and gas circulated from the well by venting the gas and returning the mud to the tank.It is mainly used to remove the big bubbles with the diameter of ≥Φ3mm, most of which are the expanded gas filled in the drilling fluids.

The gas invasion drilling fluid enters the separator from the inlet of the separator, and the surface area of the drilling fluid is enlarged and exposed after impacting with the impact plate. The large bubble is broken and separated from the drilling fluid. After the first degassing of the drilling fluid, the surface area of the three layers of baffles is increased again, and the remaining bubbles are broken and separated again. The free gas is discharged through the gas outlet of the top of the tank and is brought to the safety place.
